House rules

- NO SMOKING inside the property. A charge of THB10,000 for extra cleaning will be made for each instance that smoking identified.
- Please do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railings, please use a drying rack.
- Parties and gatherings are strictly PROHIBITED.
- Please only park your motorbike & cars at a designated parking areas.
- It is advised that toilet paper, sanitary items and other trash items are not deposited in the toilet. Please discard them in the bin.
- NO PETS allowed inside the property.

Guest access

Guests can enter the apartment using a secure digital door lock with a personal door code, which will be provided prior to arrival. You will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. In addition, guests are welcome to enjoy shared facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness gym, and on‑site parking, all available during your stay.

Interaction with guests

We have a dedicated guest support team available throughout your stay to assist with any questions or issues via the booking platform messaging system. Our local team in Phuket is also available to assist onsite if needed.

Other things to note

Please note that there is ongoing construction near the complex, and guests may experience some daytime noise during working hours.
